How are the Bellanoa products made?
All our Bellanoa products are produced within our native country of Colombia. The Bellanoa owners, Elizabeth and Yaneth reside and operate Bellanoa within the US, located in Florida. We employ women to sew, package and ship all Bellanoa products so that we can always be confident we are supporting female workers, their families and the community.
If a style I love is currently out of stock, what can I do?
No worries! Should you find there is a particular Bellanoa style or item not currently in stock, simply enter your email where prompted on any product page and we'll notify you via email the moment that item is available for purchase.
How do I check on the status of my order?
Easily; just login into Track My Order at the top of the website and follow the simple instructions on that page.
I forgot my password, how do I login?
To reset your www.bellanoa.com password simply enter your email address under "sign in". You will then select "forgot password" to receive the password reset link.
My order status says 'delivered' but I haven't received it; what can I do?
Bellanoa will provide a tracking number once your order ships. You will want to keep track of your shipment and make any necessary arrangements to receive your package. Bellanoa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a delivery has been successfully completed. If you feel your package may be lost or stolen, please contact our Customer Service desk immediately to file a lost package claim.
Do you offer promotional or discount codes?
Bellanoa will from time to time notify our customers of a special, limited time promotion or discount available for any online sale. Unless otherwise specified, discount codes can not be combined with any other promotion, special offer or e-card. Promotional codes may be limited to specific styles and price points. These discount codes may have a limited time use or, expiration date and must be redeemed within a Bellanoa online account.
I was approved for a return and I have a credit to use; how is that done?
Store credits are offered to those customers who have been preapproved so those individuals will be given a unique code via email that can be used on the Bellanoa website. These are only redeemable online and not with any of our retail partners, at a Bellanoa popup shop or special event. Store credit codes are redeemable at the time of checkout and customers can enter their unique code in the area marked 'apply code' when ready to complete your transaction.
Do you accept returns? Exchange orders?

Does Bellanoa offer giftcards?
We do! Bellanoa e-cards are a fun and convenient way to give that perfect gift to someone you love. Our e-cards are sold in increments between $50.00 and $500.00. Our e-cards are sent directly to the customers email address within 24 hours of purchase. To purchase your e-card please visit our Bellanoa Gift Card page.
Please note; e-cards cannot be combined with any other giftcard, discount or, special offer. These cards are redeemable on all Bellanoa items unless otherwise specified and cannot be replaced or recovered once used.
What forms of payment do you accept?
At this time Bellanoa accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover and we also invite customers to use Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal for their convenience.
