Shipping Info
At Bellanoa our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to our customers across the US, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
Orders processed on the Bellanoa website are shipped from our Florida warehouse using standard domestic ground carriers. Please allow for delivery of all orders to be sent within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Bellanoa is closed weekends and all US holidays so any order placed on a Friday after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
All Shipping times are calculated after orders are processed. Once an online order has been processed it cannot be changed, how we do allow returns. Details can be found on our Returns and Exchanges page.
Once a customer's order has been processed and shipped from our Bellanoa warehouse we are no longer responsible for those goods shipped and in transit. Please check with your local postal carrier or shipping fulfillment should you experience problems during shipping.
