Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from our Celina warehouse in Texas using standard domestic ground carriers. Please allow all orders to be sent within 2 business days from the date of purchase. Bellanoa is closed weekends and all US holidays. Any order placed on a Friday after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day. 

All Shipping times are calculated after orders are processed. Once an online order has been processed it cannot be changed, however we do allow returns. Details can be found on our Returns and Exchanges page.

Once a customer's order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse we are no longer responsible for those goods shipped and in transit. Please check with your local postal carrier or shipping fulfillment should you experience problems during shipping.

We are happy to offer all our US customers FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING on all U.S orders over $99. Qualifying amount must be met AFTER any promotion or discount is applied.

Shipping Rates and time:

• UPS Domestic Ground Shipping (1-5 business days): FREE
• UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping: $39.00 (1-2 business days)

If shipping charges are applied, they can be viewed during the ordering process and will be included in the final purchase total.
