• Do not spray perfume or other liquids directly on jewelry.
• Wait until your lotion or cream is dry or has been absorbed by the skin before you wear it.
• Substances like oil, nail polish, nail polish remover, chlorine and perfume may react with the jewelry and cause it to tarnish easily. This also goes for sweat. So make sure you remove the jewelry when you exercise or do anything that would require heavy physical work. Also when swimming.
• Store your jewelry separate from other jewelry in order to avoid rubbing against each other.
• If it needs to be cleaned, you may wash it with room-temperature water with a gentle cleanser/soap using a soft brush. Stay away from jewelry cleaners and antibacterial soaps which may have certain components that will make your jewelry tarnish and break down more quickly.
• Charms and fittings may cause allergies.
• Guarantee: The tread weave has a one year guarantee for workmanship. It does not cover damage as a result of mishandling. The charms and fittings have no guarantee. They last while they are being handled correctly.

We ship Monday-Friday using standard domestic ground carriers. Shipping is free for purchases over $99. Orders of $99 or less will be shipped at a flat rate of $8. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to ship. Any order placed on a Friday after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
