We do accept returns and exchanges as long as the item is in new, unworn condition & was not a sale item. We will not accept any items that look used or worn- this is up to our discretion. You have 14 days from receiving the order to request a return. Returns and exchanges can be processed following the instructions on our Returns & Exchanges page where you'll also find more details about our policy.
If approved Bellanoa will contact you via email with a return shipping label which you can print and adhere to the box with your item(s).

You may use any carrier you’d like but we encourage you to get a tracking number as we are not responsible for any packages lost in route to us.
Orders & Shipping
Generally, we ship out orders between 1 and 2 business days from our Orlando warehouse, Monday thru Friday. Any order placed on a Friday after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Depending on processing speeds and the shipping method of choice, you can expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days.
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
