If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're delighted to offer you a refund for the cost of your item(s). Please note that exchanges are only available for different sizes or colors of the same style. Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs.
Please be aware that products marked as "final sale" or "clearance" cannot be returned or exchanged.
Eligibility for Return and Refund or Exchange:
To qualify for a return and refund or exchange, the following criteria must be met:
- Your request must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the product.
- All items must be in new, unworn, and unused condition.
- Item(s) must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use, subject to our discretion.
Return or Exchange Request Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email your return request to bellanoaus@gmail.com, ensuring you include the order number associated with your return.
- List the product(s) you'd like to include in your request.
- If your item was damaged during shipping or delivery, please provide photographic evidence. If you're requesting an exchange, specify the desired size and color so we can check availability.
- Our customer service team will respond promptly.
If your request is approved, Bellanoa will send you a return shipping label via email, which you can print and attach to the box containing your item(s). Please note that the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive your item, our customer service department will inspect the package and notify you of its receipt and the status of your refund via email. Typically, customers receive their purchase credit within 5-7 business days, subject to the policies of your card issuer. Please note that shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
