Let’s keep it simple! If for any reason you are not totally in love with your purchase, we're happy to refund the cost of your item(s). Exchanges can also be made. Products on final sale/clearance can't be returned or exchanged.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN AND REFUND:
- Request must be sent within 15 days of receipt of product.
- All items must be in new, unworn and unused condition.
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging and all tags attached.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. This is up to our discretion.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST PROCESS:
- Request your return via email at email@example.com and be sure to include the order number related to your return.
- List the product(s) you would like considered for your request.
- Send your request with a photo if your item was damaged in shipping or delivery. In case of exchange, let us know the size and color you wish in order to check the availability.
- Our customer service team will be in touch right away.
If approved, Bellanoa will contact you via email with a return shipping label which you can print and adhere to the box with your item(s). Once we have received your item, our customer service department will inspect your package and notify you the reception and the status of your refund via email. Customers typically receive the purchase credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
