If it needs to be cleaned, you may wash it with room-temperature water with a gentle cleanser/soap using a soft brush. Stay away from jewelry cleaners and antibacterial soaps which may have certain components that will make your jewelry tarnish and break down more quickly.

Guarantee: The tread weave has a one year guarantee for workmanship. It does not cover damage as a result of mishandling. The charms and fittings have no guarantee. They last while they are being handled correctly.
